The controllers have the ability to display 8 runs of logic at a single time. The front of the controller is equipped with a large LCD screen. The D100 Micro Programmable Logic Controllers are used to monitor the operation of the whole machine system. Timers and counter registers can also be observed in real-time. The logic controllers are equipped with analog input modules, protocol modules, multidrop modules, RS 232 converters, and timer/counter access modules. The logic controllers are manufactured in different configurations to meet different requirements. They are available with 115 Volts AC and 24 Volts DC power supplies. A maximum of 12 inputs are supported by different controller variants. The D100 Micro Programmable Logic Controllers come with different system I/O capacities, disk sizes, and power supply ratings. All of the controllers use a lithium-ion battery rated at 3 Volts with 1200 mA. The controllers can only be operated in a temperature range between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius. They can be mounted either vertically or horizontally. There should be enough space around the controllers so that they can be properly ventilated.

  • 1785-LT4
    1785-LT4 SERIES A
The Allen-Bradley 1785-LT4 is one version of the Classic 1785 PLC-5 Programmable Controller modules. The maximum analog I/O of this module is 512 and the program scan time is 2 ms (discrete logic) and 8 ms (typical). To optimize this scan time, divide the I/O rack between multiple channels. Place the most critical I/O on a single channel, and turn off the I/O on other channels. Because all I/O channels are independent, the remote I/O scan on one channel will not affect remote I/O scan on other channels. The Allen-Bradley 1785-LT4 has 1 DH+ port, the remote I/O transmission rate is 57.6 kbps, and the maximum user memory is 6K words. The Allen-Bradley 1785-LT4 is regarded as Industrial Equipment Class 1, Class A in accordance with Publication IEC/CISPR 11. Without appropriate precautions, there may be difficulties in ensuring electromagnetic compatibility in other environments due to conducted and radiated disturbances. The operating temperature of this module is from -25-60 °C (-13-140 °F). The nonoperating temperature of this module is from -40-85 °C (-40-185 °F). The relative humidity of the 1785-LT4 is from 5-95% without condensation. The operating vibration of this module is 2 g at 10-500 Hz. The Allen-Bradley 1785-LT4 has an operating shock of 30 g (3 pulses, 11 ms). The nonoperating shock of this module is 50 g (3 pulses, 11 ms). The 1785-LT4 has an ESD immunity of 4 kV contact discharges and 8 kV air discharges.
  • 8520CPUX
    8520CPUX ALLEN BRADLEY
The 8520-CPUX is a CPU module, manufactured by Allen Bradley Inc. This Central Processing Unit belongs to the 9/260 series product line of modules by Allen Bradley. The 8520-CPUX board can be found with two alternative part numbers, which 90781002 for the revision 02, or 90781001 for the 01 revision.  With a weight of approximately 3 pounds (1.36 kilograms) and dimensions close to 16 x 11 x 3 inches (406.4 x 279.4 x 76.2 millimeters), this Industrial Control System unit is one member of a series of parts that are necessary for the functionality of a 9/260 type enclosure. This processing unit, the 8520-CPUX, should be paired with a Motherboard and the Main Power Supply (abbreviated PS1). All three of these units will have to be inserted into the 9/260 series enclosure housing. The enclosure for which this CPU is necessary is a type of enclosure that can support digital or analog servo modules. This enclosure also supports remote I/O ports and the main power supply. When installing all of the necessary components to operate the 9/260 (or 9/290) type enclosure, the motherboard unit should be installed first and attached to the rear enclosure wall. This CPU can then be inserted next to the motherboard and attached to it. This CPU board should be slid along the provided tracks when removing or inserting it, to ensure that it is installed or removed correctly. This board contains a green LED light which has various indication abilities and an RS-232 port (port A), both of which can be seen when viewing the module from its front view. (The port on this part is used for RS-232 type communications only). From the side, the user will be able to see this CPU’s high-speed shadow RAM, its EPPS Jumper, its Super Capacitor, and its Flash memory on SIMMA.
  • 1785-O5G

The Allen-Bradley 1785-O5G PLC 5 Coprocessor Module serves as a backup module. This module comes with an RS-232-C Port and the backplane current of this module is 2.7 A at 5V DC. This module has a maximum of 3072 analog I/O. The I/O Scan Times Per Rack of this module are 10 ms at 57.6 kbits/s, 7 ms at 115.2 kbits/s, and 3 ms at 230.4 mbits/s. The Allen-Bradley 1785-O5G is intended for use in a Pollution Level Industry Environment 2, in excessive Category II applications (as defined in the publication of IEC 60664-1). Please remember that this power supply can operate at an altitude of up to 6562 feet without derating. If you connect or disconnect the cable and the terminal block and if you install or remove the 1785-O5G when the power is on, an electrical arc may occur. This can cause injury, damage, or even an explosion in hazardous locations. Make sure the power is removed and that the area is not hazardous before continuing. The operating temperature is 0 to 60 °C (32 to 140 °F), the storage temperature is -40 to 85 °C (-40 to 185 °F), and the relative humidity is 5 to 95% without condensation. The Allen-Bradley 1785-O5G has an operating shock of 30g (3 pulses, 11 ms) and a nonoperating shock 50g (3 pulses, 11 ms). This module must be installed in an enclosure with at least IP54-level protection for operation in Zone 2 environments.
  • 1785-KA3
    ALLEN BRADLEY 1785-KA3 SERIES A
The 1785-KA3 PLC-2 Family Communication Adapter Module by Allen Bradley is a communication adapter installed on any slot (except the furthest left) of the 1771 I/O chassis, which links the PLC-2 family processors to a Data Highway Plus (DH+) Network. The 1785-KA3 draws 1.2 A backplane current at 5 Volts DC. It has an interface port for connection to the PLC-2 Programmable Controller using the Data Highway Plus Processor cable and a Data Highway Plus drop-line, and for connection to the 1784-T50 Industrial Workstation using the Program Panel Interconnect Cable. The 1785-KA3 has 3 sets of switches: the Data Highway Plus baud rate switch assembly, the write options switch assembly and the node address group switch. These switches determine the mode of connection with other nodes on the network. This unit supports most PLC-2 family processors, and the module is keyed to the backplane by connecting the band between pins 4 and 6, 22 and 24 of the top connector. Its temperature range is between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius (32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit) at 5% to 95% non-condensing relative humidity; its storage temperature is between -40 to 85 degrees Celsius (-40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit).
