Emerson on ASCO ™ 090 series three-way miniature solenoid valve products have been expanded and a new type of 090 series three-way valve configuration has been added to provide a lighter and more space-saving solution for controlling the gas in oxygen treatment, pressure treatment and gas analyzer equipment.



090 series valve was originally developed as a two-way valve for air and inert gas in portable medical equipment. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small size (10.8mm), cycle life of 50 million times and high reliability. Moreover, since the newly designed three-way configuration of 090 series solenoid valves can perform the same mixing and shunting functions as one-to-two-way valves, it further simplifies the design of small high-precision gas delivery systems for oxygen therapy and other home care equipment.



Like all 090 series valves, the new three-way valve is designed to maximize gas flow. With excellent flow to size ratio, it is very suitable for portable medical equipment applications. The valve body is molded from PBT plastic, and the seal is made of FKM elastomer, which is durable. 090 series actuators have high reliability and low power consumption, so they can prolong the battery life and equipment life to the greatest extent. In addition, 090 series solenoid valves comply with ROHS restrictions on hazardous substances and relevant CE directives.
