PM902F is the core power module (CPU controller) of ABB AC900F series DCS system, with multi interface communication, redundancy support, high scalability and stable operation capability, suitable for medium and large industrial automation projects:
1、 Core parameters
Hardware configuration
Interfaces: 4 Ethernet interfaces (supporting system bus redundancy, Modbus TCP/IP, IEC 60870-5-104 protocol), 1 diagnostic interface, 2 serial interfaces (RS-232/RS-485, supporting Modbus RTU/ASCII or IEC 60870-5-101 protocol).
Scalability: Two slots are used for communication interface modules (such as PROFIBUS DP master station module, supporting line redundancy), which can directly connect up to 10 S700 local I/O modules (mixed input/output).
Performance: 800MHz CPU clock, 24MB controller memory, 8MB battery buffered SRAM, 16MB DRAM, ensuring high-speed data processing and real-time control.

Data Security: The SD card slot supports program, data, and firmware storage, ensuring that data is not lost even in the event of a complete power loss.

Development environment: Use Freelance Control Builder software for graphical programming (supporting languages such as FBD, LD, IL, etc.).
Transparent operation: Built in LCD screen and operation buttons, supporting parameter settings, firmware updates, program backup and recovery.
Security mechanism: Extended user management based on Windows user accounts, supporting centralized password management and password complexity rules.
